Our group used scenarios to explore:
- the goals and motivations different grocery store customers would have to use our system
- how the system would integrate into the customers grocery buying activity
- how the system would physically integrate into the grocery store
- potential site features such as games and food budgeting
We decided that the best format to address all of these issues was to represent our scenarios as storyboards that followed 4 key personas as they used the system.
- Neisha, a 24 year old EBT recipient and her 5 year old son Michael.
- Noah, manager of a farmer's market interested in finding out more about the grocery store's interactive system promoting local food.
- Robert, a 65 year-old retired labor worker
- Joanna, a 61 year-old director of a non-profit faith based organization
